Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, standard U.S. delivery generally arrives within 5–8 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Do you offer express shipping?
Not at this time. We currently offer standard shipping only.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Returns
What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unused, and in their original condition. Jewelry must be free of scratches, scuffs, or other signs of wear. Please contact our Customer Care team to begin a return.
Are any purchases final sale?
Custom, personalized, engraved, and clearance items may be marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Any final sale exclusions will be clearly noted on the product page before purchase.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because orders are processed quickly, cancellations or changes cannot be guaranteed. If you need to update your order, please contact helpme@houseofkensington.com as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to assist before your order is processed.

Is your moissanite certified?
Yes. We use premium D-Color, VVS1 Clarity moissanite, the highest luxury grade available for exceptional brilliance and clarity.
For moissanite stones over 0.1 carat, a certificate of authenticity is included with your jewelry to verify the quality and specifications of your stone.
Moissanite stones 0.1 carat and under do not include a certificate.

What is The Society Rewards?
The Society Rewards is The House of Kensington’s complimentary rewards program. Members earn points on eligible purchases and select activities, then redeem those points for rewards toward future orders. Membership is free. Simply create an account or sign in to view your points, available rewards, and account activity.

Join The Society and earn rewards while you shop. Members can earn points on eligible purchases and other activities, then redeem those points for rewards toward future orders. Creating an account is free, and your available points and rewards can be viewed anytime from your rewards account.
How do I earn points?
Members earn points when shopping eligible pieces at The House of Kensington, along with select activities available through The Society Rewards. Make sure you’re signed in to the account associated with your rewards membership so your eligible purchases are properly credited.
How do I redeem my points?
You’ve earned them. By all means, spend them.
Sign in to your rewards account to see what’s available. Once you’ve collected enough points, choose your reward and follow the instructions to apply it to an eligible order.
Saving them indefinitely for emotional support is also permitted.
Do you offer birthday rewards?
Of course! Members of The Society can add their birthday to their rewards account and receive a little something from the House when their birthday comes around.
Be sure to add your birthday in advance so we know when to celebrate you.
How do I use my birthday reward?
Birthday rewards can be redeemed according to the instructions included with your reward. Are your pieces made with real sterling silver?

Many of our designs feature 18K gold vermeil, gold-filled materials, gold-plated sterling silver, or 14K & 18K gold-plated eco-brass. Each product page clearly lists the materials used for that specific piece.
What is gold vermeil?
Gold vermeil (pronounced ver-may) is a premium jewelry finish made by applying a thick layer of 18K gold over 925 sterling silver, offering the luxurious appearance of solid gold with excellent durability.
What is gold-filled jewelry?
Gold-filled jewelry contains a thick layer of genuine gold permanently bonded to a base metal, making it more durable and longer lasting than traditional gold plating.
What is eco-brass?
Eco-brass is a high-quality brass made from recycled materials. When paired with 14K or 18K gold plating, it offers a luxurious appearance while supporting a more mindful approach to manufacturing.
Do you use real pearls?

Is your jewelry tarnish resistant?
