What is The Society Rewards?
The Society Rewards is The House of Kensington’s complimentary rewards program. Members earn points on eligible purchases and select activities, then redeem those points for rewards toward future orders. Membership is free. Simply create an account or sign in to view your points, available rewards, and account activity. The House of Kensington rewards program. Membership is free and does not require a family crest. Shop, earn House Points, and trade them for credit toward your next piece.
How does The Society Rewards program work?
Join The Society and earn rewards while you shop. Members can earn points on eligible purchases and other activities, then redeem those points for rewards toward future orders. Creating an account is free, and your available points and rewards can be viewed anytime from your rewards account.
How do I earn points?
Members earn points when shopping eligible pieces at The House of Kensington, along with select activities available through The Society Rewards. Make sure you’re signed in to the account associated with your rewards membership so your eligible purchases are properly credited.
How do I redeem my points?
You’ve earned them. By all means, spend them.
Sign in to your rewards account to see what’s available. Once you’ve collected enough points, choose your reward and follow the instructions to apply it to an eligible order.
Saving them indefinitely for emotional support is also permitted.
Do you offer birthday rewards?
Of course! Members of The Society can add their birthday to their rewards account and receive a little something from the House when their birthday comes around.
Be sure to add your birthday in advance so we know when to celebrate you.
How do I use my birthday reward?
Birthday rewards can be redeemed according to the instructions included with your reward. If a promotional code is provided, enter it in the discount or promo code field at checkout before completing your order. Birthday rewards are limited to one per member per year and may be subject to product or promotional exclusions.
My points aren't showing?
Sign in with the email address you used at checkout. If your balance still looks wrong, write to helpme@houseofkensington.com with your order number and we will sort it out.
